In our quest for a fitting name, we engaged in countless discussions until we arrived at Elixir Enviro Systems (P) Ltd. The term 'Elixir' represents the timeless panacea that can heal all ailments and prolong life. Inspired by this concept, we aim to provide unparalleled technical expertise and accredited services to tackle the most pressing environmental issues of our time.

Ever Since our inception in 2014, we have been making remarkable strides in the field. Our inaugural project involved developing odour control systems for a fish meal processing factory, successfully mitigating unpleasant odours, and improving the overall environmental quality.

Faisal Mullalayam

Co-Founder & CEO

He holds a master’s degree in Water Resources and Environmental Management (Specialisation in Sanitary Engineering) from Leibniz Universität Hannover, Germany and graduation in Chemical Engineering. His educational background in environmental management and chemical engineering, combined with his diverse work experience in project management, environmental consulting, and research, positions him as a knowledgeable and experienced professional in the field of Environmental Engineering and management.

He has received many awards for his academic excellence. He won the Outstanding International Student Award during his time in Germany and German Water Partnership Award for his thesis work.

Jesna Sainudeen

Director (Projects)

With a diverse background in project management and Environmental Engineering, she has held various roles in roles. Prior to joining Elixir Enviro Systems, she has served as a Consultant and Specialist for various government initiatives in water quality monitoring and solid waste management.

She has her master’s is Energy and Environmental Engineering and bachelor’s in chemical engineering. She has more than 12 years of experience in the diverse fields of Environmental Engineering. She has attended various managerial development programmes from prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
